Because some browsers default with minimal options, you may have to adjust some settings to view Virtual Tours. If after changing your settings you still have problems viewing tours, download and install the Java Virtual Machine plugin by clicking here.


ALL VERSIONS
1) Go to "View - Internet Options" ("Tools - Internet Options" for Version 6) and delete all temporary internet files.

VERSION 6
NOTE: This version does not include the Java Virtual Machine
1) Go to "Tools - Internet Options" from the main menu
2) Change to the "Security" tab
3) Click "Custom Level..." button
4) Make sure a setting other than "Disable Java" is selected under "Java." If you're not sure which setting to choose, select "High safety"
5) Change to the "Advanced" tab
6) In "Microsoft VM" section, ensure "JIT compiler for virtual machine" is enabled.
7) Restart the browser


VERSION 5
NOTE: This version does not include the Java Virtual Machine
1) Go to "View - Internet Options" from the main menu
2) Change to the "Security" tab
3) Select "Low Security"
5) Change to the "Advanced" tab
6) In "Microsoft VM" section, ensure "JIT compiler for virtual machine" is enabled.
7) Restart the browser


VERSION 4
1) Go to "View - Internet Options" from the main menu
2) Change to the "Security" tab
3) Select "Low Security"
5) Change to the "Advanced" tab
6) In "Microsoft VM" section, ensure "JIT compiler for virtual machine" is enabled.
7) Restart the browser

VERSION 3
Although most of our virtual tours usually work with this version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, you must upgrade to the newest version to be able to take full advantage of our technology. Click here to download the latest version.



We suggest that you upgrade to the newest version on Netscape. It is free of charge and because of technology advances everyday, this upgrade will only help you view new technology in the future. To upgrade to the newest version Netscape Communicator click here.

1) Go to "Edit - Preferences" from the main menu.
2) Under the "Advanced" section, click "Cache"
3) Click "Clear Memory Cache" and click "OK"
4) Click the "Clear Disk Cache" button and click "OK"
5) Click on "Advanced" again
6) Make sure all of the following options are enabled:
- - - - Automatically load images
- - - - Enable Java
- - - - Enable JavaScript
- - - - Enable Style Sheets
- - - - Enable Autoinstall
7) Click "OK" and restart your browser



Windows XP was shipped with Internet Explorer Version 6, which does not include the Java Virtual Machine. To enable your browser to view virtual tours, you will need to download and install Java Virtual Machine by clicking here.
